Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, PawPicks will cover the return shipping. Please contact shop@pawpicks.co.nz to initiate the process.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items once they have been opened or used:

  • Cat litter

  • Pet bedding

  • Carriers or crates

  • Grooming tools

  • Pet food or treats

  • Health, hygiene or supplement products

  • Any other products where return would pose health or safety concerns

Please contact us before purchasing if you're unsure whether an item is returnable.

Return Process

To request a return, email us at shop@pawpicks.co.nz. Returns must be pre-approved and unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional Notes

  • No restocking fees

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

  • Exchanges can be arranged by returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order
