Standard Shipping

For Auckland Orders:

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over $49 NZD.

  • Orders under $49 NZD will be charged a flat shipping fee of $5.90.

  • All orders are shipped signature not required unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

For All New Zealand Orders:

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over $79 NZD.

  • Orders under $79 NZD will be charged a flat shipping fee of $6.90.

  • All orders are shipped signature not required unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days for the North Island, 2-3 business days for the South Island

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order at any time.

Auckland Same Day Delivery

We offer same-day Express delivery in eligible Auckland suburbs.

  • Delivery Time: Between 3:00 PM – 9：30 PM
  • Availability: Monday to Sunday
  • Cost: 
    - $7.9     flat fee for orders under $49
    - $2.9 flat fee for orders between $49 to $78.99
    - FREE for orders $79 or more
  • Order cut-off time: Place your order by 11:00 Am for same-day delivery.
    Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day during the same time window.

    If your address is not in the postcodes listed above but is within the Auckland city area, please contact our team. We’ll be happy to check delivery availability for you.

Express Delivery is only available within our supported service areas. We reserve the right to cancel Express Delivery for addresses outside these areas. If this occurs, you will get a notification from us and your order will be sent via standard shipping, any delivery charge difference will be refunded.
